Terms & Condition GENERAL www.rivierapattaya.com guarantees that you will have the quality of services from our resorts as stated in this service. ONLINE RESERVATION: Online Hotels Reservation is a service that provides an available accommodation with availability to reserve it online. This service is legal including reservation and net rates from our resort. For Online Hotels Reservation, American Breakfast (ABF) or Continental Breakfast (CBF) and transfers are not included . All rates are per room per night, based on 1 or 2 people occupying the room. All rates quoted in Thai Baht and are inclusive of VAT 7% (Tax.) All rooms and accommodation are subject to availability. All rates are subject to change without prior notice. RESERVATION PROCEDURE No reservation will be processed if we don't receive full credit card details, or recive a valid bank transfer to our Account. Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as possible. If the room at your selected is not available at the time, our staff will notify you. An alternative date will be suggested to you or alternatively your request will be put on waiting list. Minimum length of stay is based on 1 (one) night. Short notice of reservation will be handled according to room availability of the resort. However, Please Note that we do not hold any reservation for You until we have a full or deposit payment. Payments are therefore subject to the approval of such financial institution / payment services provider and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution / payment services provider refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. Furthermore, we makes no responsibility to any surcharges made by your credit card issuer and / or their partner banks. Please check with your credit card issuer if you have any questions regarding this. HOTEL VOUCHER After the payment is received in full, a Voucher will be sent to you via e-mail (or by fax on request). This Voucher has to be presented in the resort during check-in procedure - please do not lose it. CHECK IN Upon your check-in date, you shall present yourself personally, your voucher, your generated invoice, credit card and other necessary identification documents for the purposes of confirming your identity and reservation to the relevant personnel at the resort. We will require you to sign the generated invoice. We WILL NOT accept you to check-in if the name on identification document and credit card DO NOT match with the name on your generated invoice. Hotel Cancellation Policy: Normal Season :: 1 May - 31 October Date Condition : 15 days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of one night 7 days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of your full booking amount. In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, non refund will be made.(Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice) • Amendment, any changes to your reservation must be made through our office not less than 15 business days prior to check-in date. • This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delayed arrival or cancellation in full or in part. • All requests for additional nights or rooms are subject to room availability. • All amendments will incur a fee of 200 Thai Baht. • If the amendment results in a refund of payment (reduction of stay, number of rooms, or number of people booked), a handling fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 7 % of total value. Cancellation Policy High Season November 1 - March 31 / Festive and Holiday period Date condition: +45 days before requested arrival date There is a 7% administration and banking charge 45 - 30 days prior to check in Two nights penalty plus handling fee (7%) will be charged 30 days (or less) prior to check in No refund will be made •In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, non refund will be made. (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice) • Amendment, any changes to your reservation must be made not less than 18 business days prior to check-in date reservations office. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delayed arrival or cancellation in full. All requests for additional nights or rooms are subject to room availability. All amendments will incur a fee of 200 Thai Baht. • If the amendment results in a refund of payment (reduction of stay, number of rooms, or number of people booked), a handling fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 7% of the total value. • Amendments are only effective when we have confirmed by email.
